VC Express Youth Cross Country: change in schedule

Our first (pre-season) meet at LA Trade has been moved up to this Saturday, Sept 10, 2011. See Coach Wright at practice for more details and directions.

About VC Express

VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes ages 7 to 16. Our “home” training site is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. If you have been to AVP you may have noticed us by our Orange shirts. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We usually have anywhere from 20 to 30 athletes on the team, many of our alumni have gone on to become leaders of their high school cross country teams. We are an all volunteer team so your help is very important to the success of the team.
VC Express is part of the Valley Conference and meets are held most Saturday’s starting the middle of September. The season is completed in early November. Location of meets includes Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and sometimes Granada Hills.
