No practice today but of course it would not hurt to run a little.
We will have a mandatory Parent meeting at the end of practice this Thursday around 5:30 to discuss what is expected at meets & of course to answer any questions you may have. We are also going have parents sign up for positions for the meet we will be hosting on OCT 3. The meet is one of the few but most important volunteer effort you are required to fulfill.
This coming Saturday's meet is open to parents. Meet info
